Guarantee


The Customer is obliged to inspect the ordered goods on delivery in the presence of the courier and to inform Garner Wharf of any potential defects. This is the basis for having Garner Wharf repeat the order. Garner Wharf does not take any responsibility for damages caused during shipment and guarantees that at the moment of handing the goods over for shipment, they are in accordance with the placed order.
According to statutory provisions there is a binding guarantee period. The GUARANTEE does not include any defects resulting from everyday usage of the goods, any misusage of the goods nor defects resulting from improper assembling of the goods.
